Your First Live-streamed Workshop is Free!

The Intro to Drawing live-streamed workshop is held every month. Each session we will cover a different subject, geared towards the beginner artist and showing you easy to grasp drawing skills.

Our online workshops (via Zoom) are tied into the theme of the month. All of our online workshops are recorded so if you cannot attend in person we will provide you with the recording, slides, worksheets and images. These monthly workshops are designed for beginners who want to learn how to master figure drawing.  All workshops are recorded so if you cannot attend in person we will provide you with the recording, slides, worksheets and images. Our in-person sketch walks are also tied into the monthly theme and held in a location easily accessible to those living in the Bay Area where our offices are located. Click the link below to register for our next themed sketch walk.

In 2022, we embarked on a mission to bring the joy of drawing to as many people as we can, especially those who may not have easy access to art supplies or education. Your support will help us pursue our mission of making art more accessible to all. Proceeds will go towards providing our workshops, classes and books suited for all ages and artistic levels to individuals and groups in underserved communities. We need your help to fulfill our mission.

The Joy of Drawing Club has established a proven system and curriculum that has brought the therapeutic benefits of drawing into the lives of over 250 individuals in the Bay Area.
